Ingredients Oats 1 cup Urad dhal 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Ghee 2 tsp Cashewnuts 10-12 Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp MethodDry roast urad dhal until golden set aside, now roast oats until aromatic, once its cool add cashew,sugar and grind to fine powder, add to a plate/bowl, add melted ghee n elaichi pdr. Mix everything and form laddus. Store in airtight container upto 4-5days.
